Delivery & Returns 

Delivery Rates

Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. For all our Australian customers we offer delivery to your nominated address, unfortunately at this stage, we do not deliver to international addresses.

Please note that during sales or seasonal times, there may be a small delay in delivery times. If you have any queries or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at des@thefaithfulgreek.com.au.

  • $5 flat rate for standard delivery of Australian orders up to 200gms, anything after that amount will be calculated by weight and postcode.

  • An Australia Post tracking number will automatically be issued to you via email when your order is ready for dispatch.

  • Order is dispatched according to the address on the order place, so please ensure a current and correct address.

  • The Faithful Greek will not be deemed liable for missing orders due to incorrect delivery address given.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Melbourne Metro 1-2 business days

  • NSW, ACT TAS and Regional 2-3 days

  • Queensland 3-5 business days

  • WA & NT 4-7 business days

Adding Items to your Order

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order after it has been placed, please contact Customer Service via email des@thefaithfulgreek.com.au with the additional items and we MAY be able to add them. Our team is very fast and efficient with packing, therefore you will need to notify us within an hour of placing an order. Once the order is packed and sealed, unfortunately we cannot reopen the parcel.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Whilst every care is taken to ensure your products are packed carefully sometimes things happen! If a product has been damaged in transit, please take a picture and send immediately to our Customer Service Team at des@thefaithfulgreek.com.au. We will organise replacement for you as quickly as possible.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

If you open your package and find there are items missing, please contact customer service des@thefaithfulgreek.com.au and we will organise a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase but due to the nature of our seasonal products we cannot offer a return or refund.
